Although Bear is the only one counting, seven years have passed since he was sent to prison for robbery and murder. The day of the robbery was his daughter Alicia's first birthday and his ex-wife Natalia has never forgiven him. Now paroled, Bear thinks he might be able to start anew - but Alicia barely remembers her father at all and Natalia is living with a new boyfriend. Bear is determined to get them back or at least repair the damage. Caught between the depressed Argentine economy and the double-dealing underworld, the only way he might succeed to ensure his daughter's future may be to return to his criminal past.
