Bruce Scott (Jackie Cooper) is the head of Martinsville Troop Number One, a      group of dedicated Eagle Scouts run by Scoutmaster Hale (Jack Mulhall). With a   map provided by a Tenderfoot (Bill Cody, Jr.), the scouts discover a stash of    counterfeit money and printing equipment. They also find out about a remote    tribe of Inca Indians who fight off all visitors to their caves to protect a   radium deposit they use for healing illnesses.
