A prime example of the gimmicky teen flicks that dominated multiplex screens     in the 1980s. A kid tries to find a gizmo at a nearby military base to pass      off as his science project. When he stumbles upon a top-secret device that can   alter time and space, and he and his chums release inter-dimensional madness   into their high school.
