Since their original 1996 animated feature took such major liberties with the    Victor Hugo classic, a sequel from Disney should hardly be seen as               blasphemous. Still, this is for cartoon fans of the younger variety, not for     those expecting any serious literary aspirations. That lonely bell ringer      Quasimodo returns to face a villainous circus master.
