Father Christmas' preparations for the Big Night are an exhausting, year-round   affair, and he decides it's time he took a vacation. He converts his sleigh      into a camper trailer, hitches it to the reindeer and flies off into the sky     for a globe-hopping vacation to France, Scotland and Las Vegas.
