Arturo Martinez directed this rowdy adventure about Billy the Kid, who retires   to Mexico after his affairs in the Southwest U.S. die down a little. There he    meets Rosa, on the run from a killer named El Alacran, and is quickly swept up   into more violence and bravo as he defends her honor and safety.
