Stella Street, a light-hearted British comedy, concerns an eponymous       cul-de-sac in a middle-class suburb of London. When a series of A-List           celebrities begin spontaneously settling there, the quiet neighborhood is        suddenly aflutter with throngs of people hoping to catch a glimpse of Jack     Nicholson, Michael Caine, Madonna, and more.
