Dario Argento meets the Marquis de Sade as sexploitation guru Norifumi Suzuki    conjures a maelstrom of torture, secret masochistic desires, and blasphemous     rites. Yumi Takigawa stars as an innocent young woman who enters a convent to    investigate the death of her mother. What she finds is a den of vice as she's  abused by lecherous archbishops, a lesbian mother superior, and a line of nuns ready to whip her with rose thorns.
