In this no-nonsense drama from Joachim Lafosse, the superb Isabelle Huppert      plays a recent divorcee living with her two sons--one mild and directionless     (Yannick Renier), the other sneering and stubborn (Jeremie Renier,               L'Enfant)--in a Belgian farmhouse. Keeping her grief below the surface,  she eventually falls in love with a local (Kris Cuppens), who urges her to     move away from her nearly adult boys and daily household chores. All of this   causes her sons to revert to infantile behaviors, clinging and lashing out       with equal ferocity. Hichame Alaouie's cinematography isn't flashy and the     film's pacing is restrained, almost hypnotizing, but the character's emotions  run deep before they burst.
