In turn-of-the-century Ireland, a woman was expected to live with a stifling     sense of decorum. This film concerns a strong-minded servant girl (Saskia        Reeves) who went her own way. She has two lovers--brothers nonetheless--and      this unconventional triangle sets her at odds with the strict, unbending       community. This "eloquent film" (The N.Y.
