Released as Among Vultures in the States, this is one of many Karl May Western adventure novels to be adapted for the German screen, only this time by director Alfred Vohrer. Lex Barker is replaced by Stewart Granger as Old Shatterhand, alongside Pierre Brice as his trusty Native American blood brother, Winnetou.
